Savage Divinity

Roaring

Awakening

Glowing

Leading

Gathering

Sharing

Blessing

Feeling the burn

Of suffering taking place

The divine spark  

Once again ignites

Through a new ritual

Letting go of control

Letting go of sorrow

And despair

Letting go of thoughts

Mind, ego, achievement

Releasing all rationality 

To the winds of change

The storm causes

Disaster

Clears the path

For the opening of hearts

More Love than was ever

Experienced before

Surrendering all thoughts

Of attachments and binding

Knotty, tangled relationships

Knowing 

We do not own or possess

Any thing at all

We are given gifts

We receive blessings

No more victimization

No more perpetration

No more blame and shame

No more heavily laden guilt

To bend our shoulders

And weigh us down

With the burdens of this 

World

Instead, we rejoice as we

Impale ourselves

On the spear of

Bright white light

Wiping out all stains

All beliefs of sin

And disgust

Judgment and pride

Empty at last

While never feeling

Alone again

Poignant Pirouette

Quiet stillness

Emptiness

Although full of

Motion, energy

Silence approaches

Senses slow, still

Vibrating within

Stirring about

Like Jupiter

Full of gases, clouds

Vapors, whirling

Its volume

Largeness

Largess

Blasting through the universe

Earlier on

Helping to create our earth

Now protecting Mother Earth

From destruction

From asteroids and such

Every molecule

And atom is spinning

We see separate units

Solids

Individual tables, chairs

People

All of whom seem to be

Unique and different

All alive but not static

No rest for the weary

How do these eyes

See truth when

We see boundaries

Between us, not

Spiraling

Quantum fields 

Everywhere?

A poignant pirouette

Without the sight

To see

(And if we did, we

May get dizzy)

So powerful and 

Fine-tuned these

Currents ripple

We can feel even if

We do not understand

Blessings arising

From where we may 

Not know

All Source, Divine Mystery

All the energies within 

And between objects

Human, plant and animal

Lives, water, air, fire

Soil and minerals

Spirit imbuing Life

Breathe In

Breathe in through the heart

The warm red knows what to 

Do with nitrogen, oxygen

Other gases

Beating us alive

Water supports breath

Moving oxygen and hydrogen

Into organs, muscles, bone, skin

Know what to do 

Carrying nutrients and oxygen

To cells, moistens, protects

The bodies of all beings

Full of life

Without water

Beings might blow away

Dry swirls of wind

Perhaps burned up 

By the wildfires of

Our dark and shiny

Shadows

Fire needs oxygen

Carbon dioxide, water

Nitrogen, oxygen

Supporting life of bodies

At times and

Incinerating them

Laughingly or ragefully
At other times

Soil, Mother Earth, dirt

A system of solids

Liquids, gases

Mixing organic matter

Minerals, and organisms 

Supporting life

Soil can dampen

And destroy fires

Needs air and water

Both daylight and nighttime

Thriving to breathe in

The Energy of Spirit 

Through the heart

Spirit as Source

Creator

Redeemer

Offering regeneration

Rebirth, transformation

To all living beings

Bodies as vessels to hold

Vehicles to carry

Spaces to share

Air, water, fire, earth

Breathe in through the heart

Transforming all the elements

And processes

Into Love 

Sudden Surrender

The final and sudden surrender

The finish of the fight

No longer a resistance

To truth or reality

Love can be 

A struggle

A controversy

Sometimes joyful

Sometimes exciting

Sometimes unnerving

And despairing

But not this Love

This Love is all about 

Repenting

Atoning

Forgiving

Not just sorrow full

But an outpouring of 

Change

A sharing of

Divine Love

Shape shifting from

Faux metamorphosis

To true transformation

Not about 

Giving up or

Giving in

Not about retreat or denial

Not just weary of the battle

Or a retirement to the 

Sidelines, letting be

What is and what will be

Not in human control

Not in the field of conscious

Visions or dreams

No longer manifesting

As difficult

Not even trying 

To lead 

An ease just happens

We walk the world

More lightly

Full of

Release

Surrender

Letting go

Join with us to ascend

To this New Earth, you

Who want to share your

Warm glow with others, you

Who can open to the 

Truths and the mysteries, you

Who want to hold this 

Space of Grace

For others journeying

Toward this Light

This Truth

This Love

It is here

It is here now

It is here always

Ecstasy for All!

Softening

Gently softening

Where went all that vigor

That desire and that push

That drivenness

That striving, that urgency

The wish to perform

Perfectly in the patriarchy?

So fearful of not 

Being loved

Being abandoned

Being rejected, replaced

Neglecting so many

Inner parts that need

Rest, relaxation, peace

Now

Worry, concern decrease

So what if I am all alone?

Utter hell or misery 

For a moment

Then, opening to the

Next life and the next

Spiraling and swirling

All taking place in this 

Newly found emptiness

Arduous but absorbing adventure 

And, while gently softening

Love actually stays close

More than ever before

So much less fear

Realizing

Knowing

Survival comes in 

Many forms in

Many varied 

Lifestyles and bodies

Minds and hearts

We all have access 

To more than we could

Ever imagine

But then, competition

Raises its ugly head

Anger, superstition of 

A curse, a conspiracy

However to explain 

This current conflict 

Battles being fought?

Breathe and

Don’t believe the mind

Know that tragedy happens

Without our being able

To do anything about it

Wishing to control

No need to even understand it

Finally to return to the lovely

Feelings of peace, gentle softness

Having been lost for a moment

Breathe

So what if we don't win?

Can we live with that?

If so or if not, life 

Goes on anyway

Under the stars, our sun

Under all the planets and

On top of the ground

The luscious water

And, the core of Mother Earth

Holding us all
