Imagine a template or a grid over your pelvis, abdomen, chest, and neck
The template may be a structure of metal, wood, glass, or any type of
Membrane that covers up your body, placed on top of you
As you entered this world
Holding you together, closely.
Now, see how this network has protected you
All of these years and
Thank it for its service.
A solid fortress around our hearts
A strong mesh grid surrounding our organs
Heart, liver, stomach, womb, throat
A container that holds every part of us
Our skin, our bones, muscles, each and every cell
All of it designed to keep us safe.
However the lattice, the netting has become
Rigid, creating static or even a cushion
Between us and our world
Between us and Love.
Shielding us has been the main point after all
While it also separates us
From people, from connection, and from danger
Again, thank you for your service.
Our higher selves, or our souls
Powerful spiritual beings or energetic forces
Assist us all, always throughout time.
Can we ask these beings, these forces
These higher selves to lift off these webbings
Melting or dissolving this first line of defense
These now relentless sets of stubborn armor
That have guarded us all of our lives and
Maybe past lives as well?
Do we want to remove or lessen the
Seemingly immovable and determined resistances
The brick walls so constructed for assistance?
Won’t we be frightened if totally vulnerable
Naked, open wounds and nerve endings sprouting
Out of us like antennae screaming for help?
What if, as the casing is lifted off
A new set of membranes flows inside us
Coming up from within us or is infused inside us
From the core of Mother Earth herself, or
From the Cosmos or from wherever?
This fresh architecture feels more porous than
Before so that we are more able to share
Energy between us and others
Between us and Mother Earth
Between us and all of the various and
Many energies around us.
This new structure may be managed not so much
By an off/on switch, only offering
Black or white
Dark or bright
But, rather more like a remote control or
Like a set of curtains or coverings
Cloud cover or smoke
That we can open up or disperse upon our request
Or we can shutter completely if we so choose.
We learn to let in some of the dark and
Some of the bright with various cloaks
Opening up as many as we want and
Then finally drawing the black out shades
If we want full security and safety.
In that way, we have choices
Not just being driven to be a certain way
This or that way but rather
This way and that, and some other or another way
Off and on, dimming, brightening and shading
One day, while exposing our most intimate parts
On another day, always able to change the
Choices we make whenever we want to.
Surely we can grow or receive these new types of
Protective clothing or veils that work
Autonomously or automatically at times and
Can also be guided to open and close by us
If we become conscious of our abilities
Trusting ourselves and Sweet Love Intelligence
To help maneuver our hands all along the way.
Surely we are ready for this
New way of living
