We come to this earth as little bodies
Embodying Big Spirit and our souls
We come to grow and become
Problem solvers and figure out how
This human world works
We also come to heal any tiny or
Monstrous traumas, abuse or neglect
Inflicted upon us or our ancestors
By this world
By circumstances and by other humans
Who may be trying to do their best themselves
Once we begin to heal, then we see
Through the dark glass more clearly
We begin to learn how to receive as
Well as to give to others
We delight in our abundance and love
Once we are nourished we can
Give even more to the world
And to each other
And to ourselves
Loving all that is
